"I have been using this product with two other products that were suggested to me by a fitness/health expert. You have to understand that you just can't take the pills and expect miracles.
You have to induce your body into Homostasis (hope the spelling is correct) to really make this work for you. If you don't do this, you will have a tougher time making things happen. Homostasis is when you feed the body throughout the day, which in turn let's you body know that it doesn't have to store fat. It will not store as much fat, because it knows that it is getting food at a continual basis. Eat 4 small meals/snacks a day and a dinner that is fairly normal, normal being what you typically eat.
